4. 外部サービスの利用
当社は、本サービスの提供のために以下の外部サービスを利用し、必要な範囲で個人情報の取扱いを委託しています。
- Supabase（Supabase Inc.）：保護者向けアプリのデータの保存および認証
- LINE Messaging API（LINEヤフー株式会社）：保護者へのメッセージの送信
- Twilio（Twilio Inc.）：生徒が遅刻した際の保護者への自動音声電話
- Stripe（Stripe, Inc.）：授業料などのお支払いの処理
- Vercel（Vercel Inc.）：本ウェブサイトのホスティング（閲覧者のIPアドレスおよびアクセスログを受け取ります）
5. 外国にある第三者への提供
上記の外部サービスには、アメリカ合衆国の事業者が含まれます。これらの事業者が個人情報を取り扱う場合、個人情報が日本国外で保存・処理されることがあります。本ウェブサイトを閲覧した際のIPアドレスおよびアクセスログは、Vercel Inc.が日本国外で取り扱うことがあります。
6. 第三者への提供

9. 本ウェブサイトについて
本ウェブサイトでは、現在アクセス解析ツールや広告用のCookieを使用していません。文字やアニメーションの表示のため、Google Fonts（Google LLC）およびjsDelivrからデータを読み込んでおり、その際にお使いの端末のIPアドレスなどがこれらの事業者に送信されます。
10. 未成年の方の個人情報
生徒が未成年の場合、個人情報は保護者の同意のもとで取得します。
11. 写真・動画の掲載
当社は、教室の様子を紹介するため、ウェブサイト等に生徒の写真を掲載することがあります。掲載は保護者の同意を得た場合に限ります。同意はいつでも撤回でき、撤回のお申し出があった場合は速やかに掲載を停止します。

4. Service providers
We use the following providers to deliver the Services and share personal information with them only as needed:
- Supabase (Supabase Inc.): parent app data storage and sign-in
- LINE Messaging API (LY Corporation): messages to guardians
- Twilio (Twilio Inc.): automated phone calls to guardians when a student is late
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.): payment processing
- Vercel (Vercel Inc.): website hosting (receives visitors' IP addresses and access logs)
5. Transfers outside Japan
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so personal information may be stored or processed outside Japan. When you visit this website, your IP address and access logs may be handled outside Japan by Vercel Inc.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent (from a guardian, for minors) except where the law requires it.
7. Security
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leaks, loss or damage of personal information. These include:
- Access to personal data is limited to staff who need it for their work.
- Personal data is stored with our service providers using encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.
- Staff who handle personal data follow our internal rules.
8. Access, correction and deletion

9. This website
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. To display fonts and animation it loads files from Google Fonts (Google LLC) and jsDelivr, which receive your device's IP address.
10. Children
For students who are minors, we collect personal information with a guardian's consent.
11. Photos and videos
We may show photos of students in class on our website and similar channels. We only do so with a guardian's consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and we will remove the photos promptly when asked.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted on this website.
